This Is The Question Every Entrepreneur Will Face
What’s your “money motivation”?
It’s a question every entrepreneur will face…
“Why do I want more money?”
You see, when hard times come, when the business is struggling or when you’re losing motivation…
This question becomes your North Star.
You’ve honestly gotta decide if all this work is even worth it…
Do you want to hire more team members?
Do you want to keep scaling?
Do you want to expand?
OR…
Do you want to simplify and trade a little less profit for a little less work?
There's no right answer…
It simply comes down to your “money motivation.”
Sometimes people get caught up in the rat race. They don’t even know why they want to grow and earn more than they think they should…
Sometimes people are only working to impress someone or to prove a point…
And sometimes, people are in it for impact. They know their work and the money they're earning is a net benefit to society…
It might be worth reevaluating your motivation if you’re struggling to keep pushing through problems.
Don’t do the work just because you think you “should”...
But don’t give up if you know you’re doing it for the right reasons…
Sales are the lifeblood of every business.
The ultimate priority.
The theme of Hollywood hits.
Yes, sales are a critical component of every business.
But believe it or not, there’s one thing that matters more.
Fulfillment.
Whether you realize it or not - you’re building an audience with every sale you make.
And that audience is either going to love you or hate you.
If they love you, they’ill continue buying from you, referring other people to you and growing your brand.
If they hate you, that’s the kiss of death.
Not long ago, I saw this cripple an 8-figure business.
They sold financial newsletters and spent millions acquiring customers.
But they had nothing in place to keep those customers happy.
Their fulfillment was unimpressive, their customer service was disappointing and their new customers had zero interest in buying their high-priced backend products.
They were in the hole within a few months of this specific campaign.
Dealing with refunds, angry customers and no momentum.
You see why fulfillment matters so much?
As sales flow through the door, don’t take your growing audience for granted.
Put time and energy into communicating with them, keeping them updated and turning them into raving fans.
One simple way I do that is through email.
Multiple times a week I show up in their inbox to share new strategies, tell them about new products and make sure they’re still doing OK.
It’s a simple way to fortify your business and keep the profits rolling in.
