A while ago I finally accepted that the content bottleneck in my business was me.

I'd have ideas. Good ones. But turning an idea into a post, an email, a newsletter that took time I didn't have. So I'd either rush it or skip it. Neither one worked.

So I built a team.

Four agents. One job each.

The Content Director runs the whole operation. She manages the editorial calendar, coordinates the other three, and makes sure content goes out every single day without me getting involved.

The Researcher runs every morning. She scans what's happening in AI, what the top voices in the space are posting about, what angles are gaining traction. That brief lands in the Director's inbox before 10am.

The Publisher handles distribution. Formats everything for each platform, schedules it, and gets it out.

The whole team runs on a schedule. Every weekday. Whether I'm in meetings, on a long walk thinking through a deal, or just not in front of my laptop.

Here's what changed when I set this up.

My content got more consistent in the first 2 weeks than it had been in the previous 6 months. The copy quality went up. And I stopped being the person who had to remember to post.
