The Leapfrog Method for attaining greatness
Behind the Marketing
Scaling up customer acquisition – without amping up effort – is every entrepreneur's end goal.
Yet many sprint past the basic formula of effective marketing:
Traffic + Conversions = Revenue
…Most falsely assuming that their thinning bottom line is a traffic problem.
Yet if you're pouring funds into traffic, and your offer isn't turning heads, it’s time to take a step back.
Before you go throwing cash at your ad spend, think long and hard...
Is your product truly irresistible?
This is where optimization comes into play.
Go deep. Test, refine, and test again.
Ensure every single cog in your marketing machine caters directly to the needs of your audience.
Once you've honed that perfect pitch, turning on the traffic is as easy as cranking a faucet –
And the sales will flood in effortlessly.
So strategize first then scale if you want to save yourself time, effort and money on traffic.
If you're ready to do it right, we’ve been talking newsletter strategy inside and out in our Million Dollar Newsletter Facebook group.

The Counterintuitive Secret to Boosting Sales
Most business owners get seduced by the allure of 'more' – more traffic, more bonuses, more customers...
But what if I told you the secret to boosting sales is actually selling less?
Hear me out.
Rather than trying to hit your mark broadcasting to the masses, tighten the reins on your audience to people who are actually interested in buying.
Streamline your message, target your niche precisely, and deliver what they genuinely crave.
When it comes to your offerings, don't promise the moon when you're already delivering gold right here on Earth.
Of course, there's always room to polish an offer…
But don't dilute value by stacking excessive bonuses.
Dial in your audience and then tailor the exact offer they’re after.
Making every pitch count will always trump casting an expansive, generic net.
Uncommon Advice: The Leapfrog Method
When you’re just getting started, creating the ideal offer and building the perfect team can feel like it's years down the road.
So how do you fast-forward to the good part, and skip the line to the top?
A little thing I like to call The Leapfrog Method.
One of the greatest gifts of the modern era is all the insights of the countless greats who came before us, who paved the road to success the hard way.
Leaving these lessons on the shelf is not only a waste – doing so limits us to only reach as far as they did, rather than climbing even higher.
So tap into the vast wisdom spanning centuries – and make it work for you.
Rather than just trying to copy and paste someone else's life’s work –
Analyze what truly propelled them forward.
What contributed to their success?
Model the actions they took to get the results that made them a legend…
And most importantly, model what they didn’t do.
It’s far too easy to get caught up in their endeavors and overlook the wisdom hidden in the near misses.
Also, remember: no one's perfect…
So cherry-pick the gems from their life and refine them to build the best version of you.
How do you get started?
Open up a biography. Or three.
Absorb peoples’ life stories at every opportunity, and always remain humble and receptive.
Stay thirsty for knowledge and be a student of life.
Surround yourself with those who embody what you aspire to become.
And call upon the greats in those challenging moments, asking yourself:
"What would they do in my shoes?"
Most importantly, give yourself some credit where credit is due.
Celebrate your own victories, no matter how small… and keep them in your back pocket for that rainy day.
Because recalling how far you’ve come can be the best spring in the leap for greatness, especially when you’re faced with a daunting gap.
Rooting for ya!
