Our brains are conditioned to opt for the path of least resistance.
After all, conserving energy and avoiding stress have been evolutionary tactics for survival.
Yet what if you're looking to do more than just survive?
Here's where the heart steps in, guiding us to confront challenges and relish the discomfort.
To thrive, you need to retrain your mind to actively seek out demanding tasks and find joy in overcoming them.
Albert Einstein once said, “It’s not that I’m so smart, it's that I stay with problems longer.”

So, here's my uncommon advice:
Marinate in your challenges.

Commit from day one, adapting and maneuvering through adversity.
Instead of rigidly sticking to a plan, become fluid—seeking out even the tiniest opportunities, and capitalizing on them.
