Our Facebook group Million Dollar Newsletter focuses solely on what it takes to build, run and eventually sell a newsletter, and we’d love for you to join the growing community.

We've cracked the code on the best models for content creation, sponsorship, and growth trajectories, and share these valuable insights daily.

Between spending the last few years focused primarily on newsletters and two decades of running businesses, we’ve dialed in the recipe to success and we’re excited to pass that along to our members.

Whether it’s analyzing the various models or breaking down the counterintuitive One-step funnel…

This group has a ton of valuable knowledge that we’re sharing for free.

If you’re thinking to yourself,

“I don’t have the bandwidth to take on a newsletter”

…then you have a lot to learn about newsletters.

A few years back I was there too…

My business had plateaued and the only way to continue growing was to take on more clients and hire more people…

I was on the tried-and-true path to burnout.

And that’s where newsletters came to the rescue.

It was like stepping off an emotional roller coaster.

And the best part? I knew that what I’d learned could help countless others do the same.

So if you want in on this, come join us.

Million Dollar Newsletter Workshop. If you’re looking to bulletproof your business by building your own million dollar newsletter then give me one day, and I’ll personally walk you through how to setup, manage, and grow million dollar newsletters for your business.

Threads vs. X (Twitter) : The Virtual Showdown

Social media is an ever-evolving battleground, and a new contender just entered the ring:

Threads.

It's the bold new kid on the block, challenging the reigning real-time communication titan, Twitter.

But what's the buzz all about?

For starters, Threads is still in its development phase.

Yet, the intrigue lies not in whether Threads will overtake Twitter, but in how people are going to use it.

According to Gary Vee, social media's not about "Either Or" – it's about "Both And."

It isn't about choosing one over the other; it's learning to leverage both.

So, how do these platforms stack up?

Twitter, the well-established hub, pulses with real-time news and instantaneous reactions, reflecting the heartbeat of our global society.

Threads mirrors the conversation-based posting model, leaning more towards curated content with longer word counts, and integration across Meta’s other platforms.

But the question on everyone's lips: Will Threads survive?

The plot thickened when Zuck hired several developers that Musk axed from Twitter when he took over the company.

The legal drama unfolding between these two tycoons – not to mention talks of a potential cage match to settle the score – tells us little about the actual staying power of either platform...

But no matter if it’s Threads’ fresh approach or Twitter's tried-and-true model that comes out on top – the real winners are the users, who benefit from an ever-expanding universe of content options.

And remember, in this fast-paced world of social media, it's not about choosing sides – it’s about embracing the possibilities.

Uncommon Advice

The myth of multitasking has been around too long – falsely equating busyness with productivity.

In today's world, the temptation to “multitask” – aka, switching between multiple tasks and doing all of them less efficiently than if you just focused on one – is a constant test of our discipline.

But the truth is…

Multitasking leads to a lot of things getting started and very few getting finished.

When your focus is divided, you are operating in a constant state of distraction, which detracts from your overall productivity.

If you’re always juggling a bunch of tasks, you’re inevitably going to drop some balls.

The constant state of transition eats away at your time and leads to mistakes.

So you can probably guess the outcome:

Projects suffer, quality drops, and time is ultimately wasted instead of saved.

So what's the solution?

Time blocking.

By compartmentalizing your tasks and focusing on one thing at a time, you ensure quality and completion.

Rather than starting everything all at once, try to systematically go through your list and check off each item before moving on to the next.

If a task feels hard and you get tempted to bounce around...

Shift your focus to the next low-hanging fruit and let the momentum carry you forward.

Stop wearing multitasking as a badge of honor and start taking pride in taking things over the finish line.

Because at the end of the day, the number of things you've started means nothing unless you bring them to completion.

Cheers to your unique journey,
