I Thought They Were Slacking
BUT, I was actually the problem until I did this.
I used to sit at my desk and wonder what my team was actually doing all day.
I'd send a task over and it would be radio silence for days. I'd follow up and they'd tell me it was "almost done."
Meanwhile, I'm watching my to-do list grow like weeds in August.
Here's the thing...
I was ready to clean house. Fire everybody. Start over with people who actually work.
That's when I looked in the mirror.
The problem wasn't them. The problem was me.
I had everything floating around in my head from random ideas to important projects. Tasks that needed to happen yesterday.
But none of it was documented anywhere.
So when I'd get frustrated that something wasn't done, how would they even know it was supposed to be done?
I never put it in a place where everyone could see it, track it, and own it.
That was a holy crap moment for me.
Once I got everything out of my head and into a system where the whole team could access it, two things happened.
First, I could finally see what was getting done. Finally, no more guessing and no more assumptions. Just clear visibility into who was doing what and when.
Second, and this was the big one, I got my peace of mind back.
As entrepreneurs, we carry so much mental weight. When you can look at a dashboard and see the ball moving forward, that weight lifts.
We use a tool called ClickUp to manage our projects, tasks, and deadlines. But honestly, it doesn't matter what tool you use.
What matters is that you have a home for everything.
If it's not documented, it doesn't exist.
And if your team doesn't know what matters, they can't possibly deliver.
Get the ideas out of your head, put them somewhere everyone can see, and give your tasks a home.
Watch what happens next.

Built for Real Businesses, Not Tech Companies!
LevReg.Ai was designed for small business owners who don't have time to learn AI, but need their teams to use it. We've worked with customer support teams drowning in tickets, marketing departments stuck on repetitive tasks, sales teams losing deals to slow follow-up, and operations managers buried in manual workflows.
The result? Teams that move faster, work smarter, and deliver better outcomes without hiring more people or working longer hours.
